TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Secret Recipe Campaign Competition

1.        Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry.

2.        Entry is open to residents over the age of 18 of New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia, Victoria, Western Australia and Tasmania, ACT & NT only but not employees of the Promoter or their immediate families, and agencies associated with this promotion.

3.        Enter by calling 1300 766 420 (standard call cost applies) and arranging an introductory meeting with one of our Client Relationship managers. Only one entry per person permitted.

4.        Promotion commences 25th August 2008, 7am and closes 25th September 2008 5pm ESTD.

5.        Entrance is free but all entrants must have a genuine need for Pacific Micromarketing products or services to be eligible for the prize.

6.        All eligible, valid entries will be entered into the draw.

7.        The winning entry will be drawn by a random number generator on Monday 29th September, and will win $250 to be used towards a dinner at the restaurant of the winner’s choice and is valid until the 31st December 2008 (one prize only, total prize pool value is $250).  Winner must notify the promoter of their restaurant choice.  Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

8.        The promoter is not responsible or liable for: (a) any change in the value of the prize occurring between the date of publishing and the date the prize is claimed; (b) any late, lost or misdirected entries.

9.        Winner will be notified by email/phone. The collection, use and disclosure of personal information provided in connection with this competition is governed by the National Privacy Principles.

10.     If the prize remains unclaimed three months after the draw, the promoter will conduct such further draws in the same manner as the original draw (subject to any written directions of any relevant authority).  If such a second chance draw is held, the second chance winner will be notified in the same manner as the winner under these terms and conditions.

11.     Winning entry decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

12.     The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking any of the prizes, except for liability which cannot be excluded by law.

13.     If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to infection by computer virus, mobile network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the promoter, the promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, subject to any written directions of any relevant authority.

14.     Entrants consent to the promoter using the entrants’ name, likeness image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and / or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and / or supplied by the promoter.

15.     The promoter reserves the right to request the winner to provide identity and residency at the nominated prize delivery address. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the promoter.
